Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Experience Uttarakhand, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund and cancellation policy.


1. Cancellation by the Client:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of the booking amount, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of the booking amount, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.


2. Cancellation by Experience Uttarakhand:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of the booking amount. We will also offer alternative travel options, if available.


3. Non-Refundable Deposits and Fees:
- Certain deposits and fees may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.


4. Changes to Bookings:
- Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.


5. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.


6. Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or changes in your travel plans.


7. Force Majeure:
- Experience Uttarakhand is not liable for any cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a credit for future travel.
